Priorities, Play, & the Power of Letting Go: Creating Space for What Matters Most

Oct 23, 2025

Lately, I’ve been feeling called to bring more fun back into my days.
Somewhere along the way, I started taking life a little too seriously & honestly, it’s been suffocating.

But then… this fall breeze rolled in like a reset button.
It whispered: “You don’t have to carry what’s not yours anymore.”

& I felt that.

This season is reminding me to release what no longer serves me or my highest good—to breathe deeper, laugh louder, & allow space for lightness again. Because truthfully, not everything (or everyone) deserves my energy.

I’m here for a purpose & I know you are too.

If you’re reading this, thank you for being part of my cheer section. 💛
Drop an emoji in the comments so I can celebrate you right back.
Because sometimes, growth doesn’t come from adding more—it comes from subtracting.

Let’s do a little life math together…
We each have 168 hours in a week.

🕓 40 hours for work
💤 56 hours for sleep
💪 7 hours for training or movement
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 20 hours for family

That still leaves 45 hours—for you, for creativity, for connection, for rest, for play.

So when we say “I don’t have time,” what we really mean is “My priorities are out of alignment.”

& that’s okay—awareness is the first step toward change.

✨ You have time.
✨ You have choice.
✨ You have permission to make fun, rest, & joy a priority again.

Your next level isn’t built from burnout—it’s built from balance.
Make space for what lights you up.

Let go of the rest just like the trees dropping their leaves!

That’s where your true power & your peace—live.
